Manufacturer PRODUCTS WARRANTY |

Manufacturer warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If, upon our inspection, we deem the item to be defective, Manufacturer will be responsible for replacement of the defective item only. No cost for labor or installation will be reimbursed. |

Damages due to shipping and handling, improper installation, abuse intentional or accidental, or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. |

Warranty will be voided on any Manufacturer brand product if it has been welded or modified from its original state. |

¶ |
Manufacturer is not responsible for damage or loss of cargo due to overloading, improper tie-down, or vehicle hitch failure. |

Products sold through Manufacturer, but not manufactured by Manufacturer, have their own warranty and their warranty supercedes the Manufacturer warranty. |
| MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR ALUMINUM BOXES | |
| ¶ | The tool box workmanship is warranted for the lifetime of the product, providing the customer, at his expense, returns the product back to the manufacturer for workmanship repairs. After repairs, the product will be returned, at the expense of the customer. |
| ¶ | Powder coated aluminum box products are warranted for a limited time of 6 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. |
| ¶ | Warranty on all other products is to be free of defects in materials for a period of one year from the original purchase from the manufacturer. This warranty covers the cost of the defective part and does not cover the cost of removal, installation, or other incidental or consequential charges or damages. This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or any other use contrary to the instructions with the product. Warranty will be prorated based on the length of time. Warranty products should be returned to the manufacturer at the expense of the sender and a credit will be issued for the product and freight expense upon inspection of the product. Any product found to be non-defective will not receive credit and will be returned to the sender at their expense. |
